Opportunity House, Inc. Resident, Jim Savoie, Wins Horseback Riding Award
Jim has been taking riding lessons at Locket Meadow’s Farm since September of 2006. He has learned how to control, steer, post and properly handle his horse with minimal assistance. Jim has increased his balance and improved his core strength, while building his confidence and self-esteem.
In 2008 Jim competed in his first horseback riding obstacle competition and earned a first place ribbon.
